I think Mavs should move central if Vards is tired and needs taking off. Because Édouard looks Div 1 level at best. Neither strong, fast or skilful. I won't lie I'm a bit worried about him. As he might be worse than Patson Shanker!!

He was playing against Ross County when he was at Celtic. People need to stop thinking that looking good in the SPL is anywhere remotely close to being a good Prem player. You might get the odd player like Van Dijk who can cut it but most are miles off it. Celtics 7-1 annihilation in the Champions league is just proof of the levels to the game

Really depends on the player in question, van Dijk and Robertson being two who have excelled after moving from the SPL

This is what’s going to cost us this season. We have an old Vardy who just isn’t up to it at this level week in week out, and a replacement that is worse.
It’s so bad I’m actually looking forward to Daka coming back. At least he’ll add some physicality up there for us and move defenders around a bit. It really is desperate stuff.

I presume trying to keep him fit and in the limelight to hopefully sell him in January. Seems ridiculous to me as he’s blocking other players
