Palace have absolutely pulled Leicester’s pants down with him. Must be something else going on?

A Danny Ward situation? Mental health issues from knowing he's not up to it?

Am I missing something? I don’t think he’s really been given a chance to be shit here has he?

BR wanted him years ago, and I seem to recall that most thought it was a good appointment at the time.

He got more minutes in our first two games of the season, than he has done for the rest of it. He hasn’t even been in the squad this year.

I’ve just assumed that as he’s on 8 appearances, it triggers some crazy payment, so we’ve basically not used him.

I think when you look at the stats, it just shows the massive gap between English and Scottish football.

Ideally, and I know this isn't going to happen, but someone at board level needs to explain this one. It's been an utterly ridiculous waste of money. From start to finish. We're basically paying him to allow him to use seagrave toilets.

If its a clause, then why do one with such a low threshold ? If it's mental health reasons, why can't we cancel the deal due to him not fit to play? If it's that he's poo, then someone needs to be held accountable. Who has a loan without a break clause in it?

Honestly, this shows the incompetence at board level on it's own on so may levels. Yet certain people carry on and laugh about the situation.

They should at least make him do some community work although if he turned up at a School assembly or hospital ward with a sack of footballs and crate of  cuddly Filberts and Easter Eggs he’d get a hearty rendition of “who the f***ing hell are you” from  the bemused kids!

The state of our squad this season, everyone needs a degree of squad depth and some players will be left out but we’ve been paying for him, Ward who asks to be withdrawn if selected, Winks who spends Saturday afternoons in Mothercare and Vestergaard who the only manager who wanted him left just as the ink on his new contract dried so initiates “Bring a pet to work” days. And as for the muppets who do play……..

Is he due to go back to Palace?  Seriously - if so, when?

Do you really give a ***k? Noone taking any training now so he will report back when Palace ask him to. He will spend all his ££££ on the sort of holiday you could only dream of and get himself fit and ready to score 10 in the PL next season.

Did he miss out on an FA Cup medal as well?

It's not his fault we took him to act as a practice cone. His career is probably  done I don't know how he mentally recovers from this. It's an awful way to treat a person. Even as a bench warmer at Palace he would have got something out of it. This is like one of those major career turning points that ends up with a player going from promising to journeyman in the space of 18 months.

I do give a **** as I hope never to hear anything about him regarding LCFC again. Buonanotte on the other hand, I hope has a stellar career and forgets his treatment with us.

Why the heck is this our fault? The thing wrong we did here was take on a loan for too much money where we couldn't send the player back if it didn't work.  I remember he came on one game and was terrible and just got in the way of one of Fatawu's shot.

If he wasn't good enough, its on him. If he wasn't good enough to get in the palace team anymore - then that's also on him.  As a loan player - its on you to impress at a club that does not effectively own you.

i suspect he told Palace he didnt want to come here but they sent him anyway cos they needed space for Nkeita and would **** over a possible rival in a relegation battle although that never materialised as we were far too busy smashing records:brendan:
