Was at the Burton v Tamworth, cracking atmopshere for a rivalry that's not been played in nearly 17 years as back clubs went in opposite directions. First half very dull playing wise both teams lacking quality not a decent effort from either side. Second half much better as it became end to end, as the non league side grew in confidence. Despite chances from both sides Tamworth looked more likely to score in the 90 minutes, as Burton's decision making in front of goal was not to be desired. Extra time, Brewers got off to a flyer scoring within two minutes in front of the 1,200 from Tamworth. They would make plenty noise soon as Tamworth equalised minutes later with a tap in. Such an entertaining spell extra time, both teams asking plenty of questions of each other. Pens was the outcome, simple Burton missed two while Tamworth only missed one. Tamworth in round three whilst Burton's awful season continues.

After that display can see why Burton are second from bottom in league one.

Ha! Serious point to be had here too.  Majority of that end will have been Leicester too, but the more LCFC act like they do, the more Leicestershire non-league clubs (and Kettering etc) will benefit from better gates as people become disillusioned.

Hope these kind of clubs do benefit and that people don't just stop watching football wholesake when they've eventually had enough of the KPFC Circus.

Hope they do. I enjoy football more than ever before - and I was saying this last season when we were complete doggo facing relegation. Flip side, I no longer give a flying fvck about league football…but then King Power pretty much achieved that to begin with.

Just got back from reading.

Boys put in a hell of a shift and could if nicked it at the end.

Loved all the fans and it has a very Leicester feel about the atmosphere, especially the goal kicks😜

Coalville 2.0 did well today, unlucky to lose it 2-1 in the end. God help the grounds man responsible for turning that bog into something resembling a football pitch for the rest of the season though lol

Thought Harborough were going to take it when Reading went down to 10. They'll be waking up tomorrow thinking "what if" especially if they draw one of the big boys. Fair play to them though, they took the game to a changed Reading team and gave them a real scare. I wish we'd have done the same against Charlton after they'd named 2 17 year olds in the back line.

Great to see Gooch's Tamuff get through! Hope they get a big tie.

While I'm glad to see Tamworth through and giving local non-league some rep, I am also bricking it at the prospect of a Tommy Tonks throw against our backline lol

Dagenham too. Brilliant win against Wimbledon.

Always nice to see non league teams in the third round.

Absolutely fantastic stuff at Kettering lol

Watched it round my mum and dads, when my mum saw 'Ket v Don' in the corner of the screen she said are they playing Donisthorpe?

Didn't know Young had a son who played football tbh.

Fulham away for us - nice local trip to a decent ground but will lose I suspect.

No doubt Man C v Salford will be on TV.

Arsenal v Man U obviously the big one and excellent draw for Tamworth.

Which game will get the Thursday slot? Leeds v Harrogate will be the Monday as there are Premier League games on Tuesday to Thursday.

Plenty of really good ties.

I'd imagine Millwall v Dagenham will be lively with plenty of West Ham fans jumping on board.

That was my first thought, South East London will be carnage

My sisters ex (still good friends) plays for Accrington Stanley ‘who are they?’.

An away game at Anfield is unreal for a young lad I spent more on at Xmas 2020 for some boots than gifts to the rest of my family, to make sure he wasn’t left behind at his club at the time.

I always used to laugh, when he would go for trials at Bradford, Leeds, Burnley… yeah I’ve been there mate, don’t get your hopes up.

Anyway, I pay £5 to play and he’s got 10 years on me and is gonna be walking out at Anfield after scoring 2 to get them there.

I’m not jealous, I just wish I was better lol

When has Aston Villa vs West ham ever been a good watch?

Those Saturday games are a waste of time, two 5/6-0 home wins.

Liverpool Accrington was always going to be there, 'Who are they?' over/under over course of broadcast should be at 45.5.

Man City Salford is ridiculous though, prime slot as well.

Glad they've picked Millwall Dag&Red, could be carnage there with loads of West Ham turning up (scenes everyone wants to see)

Can't really complain with them picks to be fair.

Not sure why they have gone for Villa West Ham but other than that its OK.

Rather have had  Leeds Harrogate or Newcastle Bromley in their slot.
