Ironically winning the Conference League would be harder than the two European Cups they keep banging on about.

How much respect and kudos do we give West Ham for winning it? Exactly. So they will get the same medicore response.

There are some decent sides in the latter stages, certainly. Fiorentina and Betis this season, potentially teams like Leipzig and Roma next season who'll fancy their chances of going deep.

I'd argue Chelsea have only found it as easy as they have because their squad depth is ridiculous in comparison to Forest. No way could our cosanguineous neighbours pummel their way through to the semis using only their reserves in the same manner.

I think someone said on another thread that West Ham winning the UECL had been all but forgotten in a week. If Chelsea win it, it'll be forgotten even sooner considering they're already in the UEL at the very least anyway and have a reasonable chance of UCL qualification. They'd be reasonably justified in viewing it as a reserve team pot rather than a major honour.

The times a wide player plays it back to a CB to be the creator, one or the worse things in modern football.

We do it with Faes sometimes lol

Young lad who came on for City seems up for it .

The rest trying to walk it in basically.

I've never heard of him, never even a mention of his name.

Feel like a lot of similarities with our FA Cup, I know we were probably better than Palace, but hanging on to the 1 nil feels very similar.

It’s even bigger for Palace, this would be their first major trophy in the clubs entire history
