Great point, I never understood why the ironing of everything had to be so precise in the Army, it isn't about the clothes, it's about instilling high standards and discipline, making individuals take responsibility for their own actions and as you say the coach is the one responsible for this

Starting by not mismanaging the club so your are  in the financial shite would have been a decent start, that way you have might have had more choice when choosing a manager.......

This team can easily be got at. But Instead, inexplicably, they will do a routine standard attack, put in a routine cross and score a routine goal and all will be rosy for them.
