Gusty storms and heavy rain all day tomoz.

Half our team injured.

Clueless Manager.

Return of Enzo.

Chelsea on the up.

Is it even worth going!!!🤣🤣

Time to give Wilf a rest, I’m getting really bored of Cooper’s weird obsession with playing him especially in an advanced role.

Lets give Skipp a chance

I'm a bit up against it mood wise and the weather forecast and prospect of a veritable festival of football should give me just the boost I need

Exactly, we have plenty of other players he can play out of position.

Wilf always looks tired around 60 mins and just floats around defending like Soumare, yet Cooper runs him ragged.

Rob Tanner claimed today that we are planning to spend money in January on players that will go straight into the starting eleven. Given that bargains are very hard to come by in January, I assume this means we plan to spend big. I do hope our scouts have done their jobs properly...

Our summer transfer window right now would rate about 1/10 - pure muck considering the importance of getting it right.

Zero faith, zero interest in us/football right now….sad state of affairs.

No matter what team we used to be up against I always used to be excited and buzzing for the game.

Just can't be arsed anymore Stve Cooper and the board members have made this club lifeless boring and predictable.

Even a manager with considerable guile would struggle to find a formula to get points tomorrow. Particularly when we are shorn of 2 of our most creative talents. But Cooper has demonstrated little to no tactical astuteness to even have a crack. O'Neil would have revelled in the challenge and made us horrible to beat. Cooper will have us wilting under pressure from the get go. It's going to be a painful one.

1/10 ? Really? love to know your score for some of our past windows in the past 20 years!

Not sure I really agree with this. The loan signing of Buonanotte was an inspired piece of business. Ayew is looking to be an astute purchase - he's already rescued a couple of games for us and clearly has a role to play. I also think Skipp will turn out to be an important player for us.

The jury is out on Okoli and Bobby DCR hasn't exactly set the world alight, but he was on a free anyway. Edouard looks like a complete waste of time, but he was only brought in to make up the numbers when we failed to sign another striker. So while it's fair to say we didn't strengthen enough, I'm not sure that all the players that came in were as bad as you imply.

Thinking of suggesting a 1 - 8 - 2 formation, utilising some vets for this one.

I think this team stands as much of a chance as the one that will be put out.

1/10 might be a bit hyperbole but let me give a bit more rationale.

We had an abundance of DM’s yet spent 1/3 of our budget on a player that for the past 5/6 games on the bench and whilst I like Skipp, for the money spent vs improvement to starting 11 it currently is a miss.

Facundo on loan is clearly a big win but with us having nearly zero chance of making it permanent it takes the edge off slightly.

Okoli whilst it makes some type of sense…we clearly needed a CB with pace BUT I then considered the re-signing of Jannik as a bit of a poor business decision.

We have the same FB’s that got us relegated two seasons ago and this wasn’t addressed so that played a MASSIVE part in my 1/10.

Bilal might turn out a decent signing but once again our option for wingers is probably same/worse than last season with Yunus offering more than Reid.

Ayew has been a pleasant surprise but still can’t get my head around signing him when picked up Reid and how he still looks so unfit that he would struggle to influence a full 90 minutes.

Reid is awful and Edouard doesn’t get picked when Vardy isn’t in the squad.

For what was needed and what we ended up with…a very unbalanced squad IMO.

Hopefully a journalist has documented the progress and our transition under Steve the pragmatist! Has anyone seen any articles?
