Should never have been in the job in the first place. Completely out his depth and a chasm between him and his predecessor.

Don't trust the gimps running the show to get the next one right mind.

You maybe right but at least we might fight and be organised with a game plan ……get Moyesy he will get the best out of this lot…whether it’s good enough we will see

It was not even toxic under Cooper,  most people were not  bothered about him .. I’m a ST holder and thought yesterday I can’t wasting my time going to another game under him.

one of the most irrelevant managers in our history

Yep - a real sense of apathy around the place which hasn’t really been there since we were circling the drain in the champ for many years. No coming back from that.

No... It should have been after the United game, before the international break.

He was never going to be sacked after a defeat at OT.

This gives the new manager a month to work out what's needed before the January transfer window.

I think the board saw the Chelsea game as a dead rubber and didnt want the new manager starting with such a game hence why hes been sacked now.

Many predicted that he'd be gone by Christmas.

Well done, Top. Obviously learnt from the Rodgers debacle. A very Vichai type business decision.

We will regret this

We might. But I wasn’t spending much longer watching us turn out performances like we have been doing

Id honestly be happy to go down if we implement progressive football

It's an early Christmas present from Top, credit to him, I didnt think he was ruthless enough to sanction this. It's best for both parties, we can get a decent manager and Cooper can go back to managing at a lower level.

Something has been up for a while. We all knew Cooper was going to be a bit of a wet blanket, but hes barely acknowledged the fans at the last few home games and the players have looked totally pissed off.

With a back office team appointed by Cooper, i cant believe they think anyone in there is suitable to take it on an interim basis. They must have someone to announce immediately.

I think its likely Potter after he didnt get the England job.

Glad he's gone but waiting to let him manage the difficult Chelsea game instead of sacking him before the international break is crazy.

Only ways it's forgivable is if we have someone else lined up.

Top appointed him 😂

If they appoint Potter with his own DoF and that means Rudkin is sacked/put in charge of shovelling King Power's horse shit, this is an extremely sexy Sunday.
