Imagine if Moyes, Potter and RVN all turn us down and we end up with someone like Lampard.

Don’t spoil everyone’s happy mood so quickly please 😂

First 18 months of Rodgers. Before that not since the title win.

I heard moans behind me in KP when we drew to Bournemouth 0-0 in the title season, when Mahrez missed a penalty. We were top of the league and I heard moans.

There's an element here about the players too. Some of them need to have a look at themselves. I'm annoyed at this video ...its crossing a line.

We need a manager to tell a few of them some home truths and to get us organised. Also needs to set the minimum standards around work rate. Moyes has recently had top 10 finishes and silverware. Could be a good fit?

Amazing that people are turning their noses up at Moyes. He's by far the most qualified person for the job.

It depends what you want I guess. He’s got a massive history of treading water in a premier league with relatively big clubs playing pragmatic and a times almost defeatist football (particularly away against the big clubs) that ultimately Everton and eventually Wham fans got sick of. He’s also been relegated from the prem with Sunderland and failed spectacularly at Man U and Real Sociedad. He’s won one trophy in his very lengthy career which is the minor European trophy that was introduced as an inclusivity cup more for countries that have teams that aren’t ever able to qualify for the group stages of The Champions League or Europa League (as they never get through the pre-qualification process for the two bigger competitions.) The involvement of the lower placed bigger euro league teams (from the prem etc) ensures it gets viewing figures.

Moyes is the opposite of a Maresca appointment for me and much closer to an old school Cooper style one. I think a few of our players after experiencing the modern coaching of Maresca will be almost as underwhelmed by the recruitment of an old school disciplinarian in Moyesy as they were by the clueless Cooper. As fans we’ll be as entertained as much as we were during the Claude Puel era.

How about Moyes with Huth as assistant, with Moyes to move upstairs to DoF in a year or so? Rudkin to concentrate on the horse side of King Power business.

Harry kane first signing?

This is a great summation of Moyes. He feels like Cooper but a proper manager, it will be ugly but we will be well drilled.

If the players did hate the tactics and they "miss enzo" it would be a bizarre appointment. I'm not completely against it as he would have us well drilled and tough to beat instead of what ever the hell Cooper was doing (defensive and wide open at the same time, bizarre) but this does partly feel like a player revolt and I think they will want someone who plays more expansive football which I think means RVN or Potter.

I think we need a big exciting name Moyes et al will just be Meh we haven’t got many good defenders available I don’t think Moyes can transform our defence that drastically
