Yeah liked tony ,was doing his coaching badges in-between gym work ,started off with the kids down the city.Big mates with Roy Keane,had some good United stories  at the time .

I didn’t mean it to come across how it did. More to say it isn’t fair to say Ruud didn’t directly inpact their win if you think Pearson did ours

I agree. I think a good indicator of a managers tenure is the way he leaves the club for the next manager 

 

That's why I never criticise the job Puel did here

Vs the field of Corboran, Potter, the various out of work managers across Europe (Schmidt, Kovac etc.) I can't work it out - unless he has shown some other managerial talents - tactics, man management?

I don’t necessarily think him applying for the Cov job is such a negative. He’s shown that he’s willing to work his way up with the right project in mind, he was very patient at PSV and started coaching there an intern with the u17s.
