cheaper fairs for some I guess... certain trains have cheaper prices. At the end of the day if a fan decides to leave a game early it shouldn't be your business. They miss the goals that's there problem not yours. This is a topic gets discussed time and time again and it gets boring.

Cheaper fares ? For most it’s a standard fare unless they booking long distance and then you’d need it to be way in advance. So give yourself plenty of time particularly with VAR.

It’s my problem if I can’t see the pitch because they are leaving early, particularly my 68 year old dad today

A lad (about 12 or 13) a few rows in front of me left with his dad after we went two nil down. He's ringing Childline in the morning asking to be placed in foster care

i know how he feels, my dad had to rush off after the arsenal game in 1997 and we left at 1-2.

Lots of positives to take from today. Great fighting spirit and played some good stuff at times.

Both Brighton goals were avoidable and with some better decision making earlier in the game we could have won it.

All the subs did well when they came on and RVN should be seeing now where we need to add in January. Good signs so far, on to Newcastle!

Actually think the overall performance was better than Tuesday, and that’s against a better team.

Definitely some positives to take.

It was way better. The pressing was good and we moved the ball more quickly through the thirds. The issue we had was the quality of the final pass, where we passed up lots of good opportunities with a lack of quality. Overall, I think it was a close, competitive match, which is backed up by the stats for possession, shots, xG , touches in the opponents box, etc, all of which were much more even than we were seeing under Cooper and compared to the West Ham game. Early days but all very promising.

I agree. It was all round good, obviously with room for improvement. Brighton are a good side at the moment.

More possession, an XG that wasn't 0.3, 3 big chances and a big lump of accurate passes. Even a relatively equal number of corners.

Brighton are no push over. This was a big improvement.  I felt their 1-0 lead wasn't deserved and their 2nd knocked the stuffing out of me as i felt we were always in the game. Then we went nuts, and rightly so.

I felt at times the front 3 weren't on the same wavelength, and you could see Vardy getting frustrated with Kasey at times. I think Mavididi in particular (after a poor few minutes) changed things massively and caused them loads of problems. I think Mavi and Facundo starting the next few games will be sweet and more clinical.

Interesting to note that across both teams Bouba won most duels and Coady had most touches / passes.  Just better stats all round apart from in attack.

I'm getting messages off mates about how lucky we were today.

Maybe I've got massively blue tinted specs but I thought we were good value. Of course we are going to give chances up. We are newly promoted and were playing a team chasing Europe!

They didn't wipe the floor with us. I didn't see them cut through time and time again.

We had a structure and we had energy. I thought the second half was really strong and we pressed and attacked with intent.

Like I say...maybe I'm too biased?!

Even down 2-nil I didn't think it was a horrible performance. They overextended looking for the equalizer and got caught on the 2nd goal. But the way it ended - wow. Really excited for what Ruud can do with the squad moving forward. The energy is shifting, lol.

and ... the first Hurzeler Out thread appears on Brighton's forum and quickly grows to 3 pages lol

How long did it take for our Cooper out thread to start??? And it grew rapidly...

Not at all. We were playing a team who are leaps and bounds ahead of us, but it didn’t really show. Don’t think we were lucky at all. If anything, I felt they were fortunate to get the 2nd. That last 10 mins was many things but not luck.

This squad definitely lacks quality compared to the last squad we got relegated with, but one thing this squad seems to have lots more of is fight. And that even seemed present under Cooper too.

7 points from games we went behind in so far this season.

Haha no way. Same thing happened to me. It was my first ever game at Filbert Street on my 11th birthday but my Dad made us leave when Bergkamp made it 3-2

A draw that deffo feels like a win

We snatched a draw from the jaws of defeat whilst Ipswich snatched a defeat from the jaws of victory. Good day all round.
