I don’t see any benefit to the team on ward being selected he isn’t good and the team will now anything on target is likely to result in a goal . He shouldn’t be in the match day squad never mind in the first 11 . Not only cost goals but could harm goal difference as well which will likely be a big thing at the end of the season

The teams not so bad.

Ward is not RVNs fault. Iversen cant kick the ball and so he has to play Ward.

The defence is the best we have. Faes has rightly been benched.

Soumare is straight back in better complements Skipp than Choudhury.

El Khannous in off the wing or central is growing amd arguably we cant play him and Buona together too often. Too lightweight.

Mavididi on a good day will blow Semedo away.

Ayew might hit one of his 50% good games. 

Vardy could tear their terrible.defence a new one if he bags early. Ive captained him in my fantasy team....

Well Ruud isn't the first manager to prefer Ward over Iversen! Ask Cooper, Rodgers, etc...

Again, I've not seen anything since both players have been here that suggests Ayew is better than Facundu at doing that. The only thing Ayew effectively holds up is play. He almost always turns back and kills attacks to keep the ball.

Not Ruuds fault Ward is number 2, Jakub has played one kids game since last season and Iversen must be absolutely honking in training, or have a horrible attitude. Don't think you can blame Ruud for Ward. 

 

You can however question the slowest centre back partnership ever seen, Justin carrying on playing (I get we'd have to change formation for him not to play at the minute), the wide options and the midfield, although Winks maybe not being ready for the 90 gives him an out with that.

I'm going for a sloppy performance but a 3-2 win. Mavididi 2 and one from Ayew.

Rogers worked with him at Liverpool and at that time seen him as a good back up keeper.

 

He was wrong.

 

Cooper was a amatuer manager and didn't understand football. However was smart enough not to allow him to play  in the premier league.

 

RVN is probably being made to play utter shite to save face for John rudkin also still a amatuer manager
