This manager, that manager, the other manager.

Nothing at this football club will ever change, hence the last few appointments.

There are many many reasons why and they’ve all been said before.

The culture of this football club is rotten to the core from the top to the bottom. Leadership comes from the Top, we have an owner that is not interested in this football club. and is inexperienced himself. He doesn’t realise that just being here and around means he’s showing an interest himself and the staff and players see that ! It starts with him but he’s reluctant because he’s not interested.

He himself has continued to hire people that are completely out of their depth in terms of football knowledge, expertise and experience.

We have a scouting system that supposedly has relied on so called talent but obviously didn’t do any background checks on their character attitude and application to the cause do we ended up with bad apples on huge contracts given by incompetent people I’ve mentioned previously.

Everything Nigel Pearson built along with Craig Shakesphere, Steve Walsh in terms of culture, good players good attitudes, commitment, hardwork Respect for the club has been smashed to smitherines by these 2 upstairs- no doubt at all !!!

So that’s why it won’t change whatever the manager

i think i'd take exception to the club being rotten to the core, while the culture has been lost, this does stem from the loss of the figure head and father of the family.

Top is a young man that was born into extreme wealth, and by no fault of his own has led a very easy life.

his dad made the mistakes in business learnt the lessons, and was able to use them to build a multi billion dollar business.

i do wonder if some forget that the loss him and his family went through, in one of the most horrific ways.

not only has the young man, through no fault of his own, had to learn the hard lessons of running a football club, and a business, without the knowledge and security of his dad, but he's also had to grieve, very publicly at times too.

now i agree with the point that i think he needs to sell the club. it needs new direction, and new leadership, ideally from someone that has the experience to do so.

and yes, he's made some bad decisions, but none of them have been malicious! he's learning in one of the hardest environments, and sadly he's not getting much right

and yet despite all of this, we are still only 6 points off the play offs

He’s seen things work out miraculously and get results without the systems and processes.

Its worked out for him so far so he think ms it will again. The idea we’ll

go up next season lol

The PSR issues are almost solely our problem now. Everton have changed ownership and seem fine. Notts Forest have sorted themselves out. Aston Villa are hindered a bit but crucially appointed a top manager and put together a very good squad whilst qualifying for Europe every season.

We have the same people around and no surprise the same issues are appearing.

He pointed someone with a CV of working in a call centre and within two months, the non playing staff didn’t pay as expected with 7 hours notice on their most important salary of the year.

He lost me at any point of return personally then

I wouldn't expect Anstey Nomads to appoint someone with zero football experience in such as role, the fact we were a PL club 6 months or so before they came in is genuinely unbelievable lol

I'm not far from the airport, I'll wave him off. Hopefully he doesn't come back.

What staggers me is how it took so long under Top for it to unravel, listening to him in November and then yesterday, he comes across of not having a clue. I fail to see why he'd be anymore coherent or strategic to those he surrounds himself with at LCFC.

I'm torn, part of me just wants the decline to accelerate so fast and aggressive so he has to leave sooner, because make no mistake, we are done under King Power so why waste time treadinf water. Relegation and financial ruin means they'll have to relinquish and maybe, just maybe we eventually get some green shoots of recovery, but either way i'd rather that possibility or not without their ownership.

What is this ?

Ok, the 40 year old young man as you say - why hasn’t his sisters suffered with being born with a silver spoon or the loss of their father ? They seem to be knuckling down, learning and developing their exec careers. Two of them sit as assistant to a senior c-suite members on the KP board.

Sorry but this is insulting to Vichai’s other children who are keen to honour his legacy.

We have a spoilt little 40 year old who says as chairman/ ACTING CEO for one reason, his ego. Don’t try and play it any other way. It’s daft.

Cov fans are singing “you’re going down with the Leicester” to Norwich. Have a good evening everyone.

Ah **** ‘em, let them have their moment. They’ll get anihilated in the PL and come straight back to the Championship with their tails between their legs.

Gives what appears to be a shitty and naive interview

Sacks the manager

Fvcks off before we would have even had a chance to identify a new manager and seemingly just before the PSR outcome

Proper good owner isn't he

How do we know he’s eft the UK ?
