I genuinely don’t think the owners financially can sustain or more accurately have the desire to sustain the Club for more than one season in League One so naturally they of course are going to look for back up options ie putting the feelers out there for potential interest if promotion doesn’t happen.

Unless of course an offer is made that cannot be refused, anything is for sale in that scenario

Been that way for a few years. The Newcastle takeover was the absolute final nail in the coffin. 

 

European Super League will happen in some form so might as well take one last swing before then.
