What a waste of £25m Skipp is. Offers absolutely nothing. Doesn't get in space to receive the ball, no creativity. Very average. Winks miles better and will be crucial for us if we stand any chance of avoiding relegation

That really is the problem. Especially Justin. No centre back is going to look particularly great when he's constantly having to step out of position to cover errors.

Soumare has looked good the last few games, shame there are too many of our players around him who haven't. I'm not talking about today necessarily, we were always likely to lose this, but against Wolves last game and Newcastle before that.

and I guess you also have to take into account the players he's around, dragging him down perhaps. Not saying he's Maldini

I thought we did alright against Arsenal, it's always going to be the same game plan against the big teams absorb pressure and try to strike on the break.
