Nice of Ruud to do Emery's team talk for him with that line.

4-1 loss minimum.

You think our opponents bother with team talks?

I was actually feeling positive about the game before this. What is the obsession with Jordan Ayew?

Just like the Wolves game.

So we're expecting to keep both Édouard and Buanonotte despite neither of them playing and it hamstringing us from loaning anyone else. Make it make sense

Woeful decision making - crap choice after crap choice after crap choice with this bunch

Fair point.

It probably takes them the hour to stop laughing.

Buo linked up well with Bilal, but he also gave the ball away a fair bit and messed up that chance where he basically fell over/dived when in a good position.  There's a little justification on his last outing.  Though I'd still start him.

Genuinely think we’ll end up with 3 managers this season. Shocking decision to start Ayew.

You could be right. Don't see the point though personally. Just more expense and the problems run much deeper than the manager

He’s clearly played Ayew in an attempt to nullify Digne, what I don’t understand is when you play defensive like that you invite pressure onto you which makes the player your attempting to nullify more effective!

What on earth does Ayew offer? And surely if you’ve not got Victor you play a back three? Thomas isn’t even league one level, he’s ****ing diabolical. I just do not understand this selection at all…… screams of Wolves…..

I can only guess he's expecting us to get beat so why not make it a hammering and then he may have grounds for more of a transfer kitty. A couple of Ayew fouls leading to Leicester free kicks isn't going to increase our chance of a win.

Ayew is horrible defensively though. He gets gassed after 25 minutes and cant keep up with his man.

For the record, it's not the decision I'd make.

No Duran or Rogers. Mings in the back four, no excuse to be negative

Ever played Top Trumps?

Beggars ****ing belief….. genuine lost for words.

Looking at the Villa team we could have actually rattled them today playing quick between the lines and front footed. Instead we’ve got to watch Thomas make not one pass forward all game, Ayew permanently facing his own goal, turgid build

up play if any at all, and Justin beaten down his side at least once yet again. RVN fast losing any credit he built up in the last 2 games this this shitshow of a lineup
