and that’s fine, but why would we reduce his asking price just to help him out? As cosy as that sounds, that’s just not the Top, Susan or Rudkin way. We’ve always asked a premium price

My concern is an Italian club paying anything for our players. Guaranteed loan-to-buy that doesn't materialise.

I know this is a hugely unpopular opinion but faes is actually ideal in the championship because of how high he wins the ball. He’s the most aggressive cb we have and yes he’s a poor defender but he recovered so many ball for us at the half way line last season. When we’re attacking he’s our most effective defender because of that. 
 

Faes is more likely to help us achieve our goal next season than okolli would. *Ducks for cover*

Sounds more like his entourage whoring him out to various clubs, probably before his stock drops any lower and they can still get him on a decent wage and profit from him

Depend on what we actually paid, he fee was rumoured to be 13m, but some of that maybe linked to performance clauses.

For me up there with souttar and woyo as a defender that I have no idea of good he is becuase he never had a chance and got  benched for complete dross. If this is try is just what we do.

I believe the initial fee was between €6m  and €8m, with add ons taking it to €13m. I can't see any of the add ons being activated, unless being called up to the Italian squad was one of them.

Faes is an absolute liability. The second half of 23/24 he must of cost us atleast 5 goals with his ridiculous decision making. Id rather have a solid CB that is a good defender but not so great on the ball then vice versa
