Puel tried to enforce standards and move the team on from the title win, they "didn't rate him" because he wanted them out of their comfort zone and to build a sustainable club.

 

Cooper, much as I don't like him, they decided to undermine because they didn't fancy working for him.

 

RvN (really weird you insist on calling him "the Dutchman") is demanding basic standards and an elite level culture to go with the facilities and getting briefed against in the media per the Percy article.

 

the tactics, whether the football is good or not, straight up does not matter. It's the players job to do that to the best of their abilities and if the manager is making the wrong selections, if the tactics are not suitable, then the Board should make that call. It should not be that the players can text their mate Aiyawatt and say "we don't like this guy telling us to do our jobs, get a different one".

 

Ruuds football could be the worst thing in existence, if he's gonna smash up the lazy and arrogant culture in the club that's dragged us from an established top half team to on the verge of a 2nd relegation in three years, he's got my support and should have the entire fan bases support, because continued decline is inevitable until there is a proper culture reset in the club.

It would be a very odd thing to make up entirely. It’s far too specific. It’s probably based in truth, but has been significantly exaggerated and/or presented without important context. This has probably been explained to Percy and he‘s accepted it, hence its removal from the article.
