Not being helped by those above him or the shite squad but persisting with certain players, his tactics, and in game management means he needs to go

 

He also isn't the right manager for the kind of position this club is in

Apologies it's another poll, but I get the impression the tide has turned against RVN. It's a thankless job with a shite squad but my goodness he should be doing better than this.

We did not lose to anyone in the bottom half under Cooper, Ruud is completely out of his depth and clueless, has to go but damage is already done and we are not salvagable.

I've no time for anyone starting Ayew and Reid in the same team.

Didn't want either of them here, thought Cooper going would relieve us of this problem but Ruud has somehow made it worse.

Claude Puel would genuinely be a monumental upgrade right now and i'd 100% trust him with a rebuild. 

If we have 5m to spend on players though, give the entire sum to Sheffield Wednesday and bring Rohl in TOMORROW.

Got to go. I'm fully aware that the people above and below him are totally incompetent but if we are going down, I want a manager to take us down fighting, not taking us down where we've given up and aren't even trying. The players might be shite but so are Evertons, so are Ipswich's and so are wolves. A half decent manager that can use tactics to suit the shite players we have would be able to pick up some results

Not sure he’s even a Manager.

No experience or pedigree other than being a player.

Complete nonsense of appointment and this club is ruined from top to bottom
