I hope to see nearly every senior player leave this summer and build a new squad around Aluko, Joseph, Gray, Wilson-Brown, Cartwright, Braybrooke, Page, Alves, Evans and Hutchinson. The likes of Briggs, Carr and Otchere may well make an impact too.

 

It will require a spine of the right experience, Pearson came in in the summer of 2008 with a squad in tatters and got it bang on.

Not a chance he doesn’t go to a championship club chasing playoffs. Good character, decent player, hard worker. West Brom or Sheff Utd written all over him

The spine is the most difficult thing to find. Plenty of unproven kids with a great deal of potential  but i think a spine of Soutter  + cm + cf is required

Skipp, for all the criticism regarding his transfer fee, is a pretty good character and gives his all. I think striker is the issue.

People say Skipp gives his all, but I lost count last season how many times he just stood and watched someone have a free header or take an uncontested touch, all whilst being stood near no one.
