Honestly, just get Ruud gone. This cannot continue, Big Sam would be an upgrade on this football. 
I'm all for building a foundation and sometimes that means a rough period as we bed the system in, but you atleast expect it to show glimses, all Ruuds system has done is make our defensive issues even worse, and completely remove any attacking threat. 

Getting big sam in would be a huge upgrade right now. Jesse Marsch would be an upgrade.
