Sometimes life comes at you hard. My other half had arranged to go out with a friend tonight, meaning I’d be in charge of getting the kids to bed. This process can take most of the evening as my youngest is rarely asleep before 9.30pm, meaning I likely wouldn’t be able to watch the game. I grumbled a little bit about this when she first told me a month ago, but accepted it as she doesn’t go out often. A few minutes ago my partner told me that her mate is ill and her night out has been postponed until next week, adding with a smile, “So you can watch your game if you want.” I think she was confused by the look of disappointment and horror on my face.

Instagram has about 45 seconds of some tippy tappy sh1t. Players don't even have a drop of sweat on them. Daka even does a little trick (im assuming its not just him mucking up). Good times.

Just hope they can give a performance with some guts and effort. Despite Wolves and Ipswich both losing already this week, they would have smashed us into oblivion with their performances. Both sides had a damned good go. Not convinced we've got that in us though?

Oh no. We must watch the game so we can see him storm onto the pitch at the end, hug and kiss the opposition, maybe the ref. Stick two fingers up at the away support because it’s apparently their fault we were disorganised and Ayew and BCDR struggled to offer any counter and Okoli at right back didn’t work. 
 

You know, otherwise, we haven’t supported the team and are the fundamental issue.
