Sheffield Wednesday fans seem to think Rohl is going to walk he’s my number 2 target if we can’t get Rydstrom ( the club won’t even know him tbf ) but if Leeds don’t go up then there will be us Leeds and Southampton all wanting the same kinda managers!

I wanted Carrick in the summer. You never know with managers but Carrick seemed tactically aware, did the double over us last season when many struggled against us, and he didn't do it by parking the bus

We really shouldn't be talking about managers but DoF and redoing the footballing operations. 

 

Martin isn't very good. I wish we'd move away from passing style and go back to quick transition and counter attacking team. As much as I hate to say it, but exactly like the way forest are playing.  We're not good enough now our stock has fallen and the quality of players has dropped, to do this in the premier league. How many teams have been promoted and been successful in staying up playing the 'Pep' way? 

 

We need a more dynamic manager, who has a team that can adapt. Martin isn't that man.

Completely agree. Look around the Prem now, dominant possession oriented teams are falling off. It's all about quick transitions now and Forest, Brighton, Fulham, Palace, Everton, Bournemouth are all flying

Just to depress us even more Valencia beat Real Madrid 2-1 yesterday. But we managed to get Skipp and Ayew for a combined 30m. Instead of getting Corberan last summer.

We need more than just a manager ... we need someone with vision and a plan ... a strong character who just runs the football side of the club, picks his own backroom staff and DOF, no interference from the board or Top, as fans we need to also be patient this will take a few seasons to put right ... your next job Top is to clear the decks of RVN , Rudkin, Whelan and a good 50% or more of the playing staff ... grow a pair and do it ... the fans will respect you more for it
