With our relegation now confirmed and a decision on the manager still to be made  / announced (at least officially) what should the objectives be for the next five games?

(With the manager) we are maybe waiting until the end of the season proper or  financial reporting period (end of June) to make a decision but it feels he is a lame duck.

Given his reputation is in the bin / media speculation points to it being when and not if he goes, how invested is he in planning ahead, will he jettison the likes of Faes, Soumare who probably won’t be here next season?

Will he promote Stolarczyk and give *meaningful* game time to Evans, Monga and maybe others like Cartwright.

I don’t know how the lad we recruited from Chelsea (Golding) has performed in the development teams but should we be finding out if he can step up?

I think the danger of delaying a decision on Ruud / the Club doesn’t now shift to focusing on next season then we just drift through these next games / fail to build any momentum for next season.

I know merit awards (for final table position) are worth a couple of million and of course we want to get results against the likes of Ipswich and Southampton (for confidence ahead of next season if nothing else), but I dont think bringing in the youth guys weakens this group and would give us something to get behind.

Beat Ipswich and Southampton and throw Wout Faes into the Soar.

That'd make him a Soar loser

Rinse repeat. We will lose every game. Southampton will be interesting, because lose to them, and o think even the clappers will turn. Full on clone wars shit.

I don't think Ruud gives a **** about long term club prospects. He knows he's going and doesn't care. He'll pick the same useless line up he has been and we just have to hope we might manage a goal at some point.

What's the plan?  I think most fans on here deserve a bit of time off, for the passion and drive demonstrated supporting our beautiful club, more than the players do.

I for one will be spending time with the family enjoying Saturday Afternoons, and will worry about LCFC and it's future at the start of the Championship pre season, so much has been discussed and ways to improve, but nothing will change until the owner makes sweeping changes from DOF to manager to better recruitment so take some time off and enjoy the weekend rather than get angry and upset.

Big question is can we possibly score a goal at the KP .... in the right net that is .. I have a vision .... Faes slces another clearance it fly's up into the stands hits Rudkin smack in the face ... back onto the pitch ... loops over everyone and straight into the top corner of the net ...  goes to VAR ... goal is given on the basis of sympathy... I've always had a good imagination.... but any goals a good goal  .... got to go .... shrink appointment at 10 ... 😂

I think he’s going to play the same team that  lost all those games in a row just to prove some sort of a point.

I personally want to dump anyone who won’t be here next year, but there are issues with that as well. There will be those who we know are gone (Faes and Ndidi), so just ‘Winks’ them although Ndidi has been good for us in the past. Dumping Mads could be problematic and hurt his value.

Ideally play those who are happy to fight next year and promote the academy kids who we think are ready. But as we still have a manager who himself doesn’t want to be here, I think doing anything ‘right’ at the moment is out of the question.

Put RVN on gardening leave/sack him before Wolves.

Pick a team of players and ask them to play like their footballing future depends on it. We can’t be carrying any more passengers.

Personally it's not have my weekends ruined any more. If we all of a sudden went on a winning streak it would probably piss me off more.

Would like to see Vardy make 200 though.
