Someone in my office is saying Wrexham? Any truth?

Not a chance. The only way he'd go to a none top flight club, especially that could be in the same division is if he went to Sheffield Wednesday.

I reckon he'll go abroad.. I'd have a flutter on it being Como in series A.. on the up, rich owners and his mates the CEO. But wouldn't be surprised to see him land in the states somewhere.

Hardly when there top wage is 37k allegedly

If he's going to be demanding big money then we will see him retiring in September when unable to find a club. Really hope that doesn't happen.

Christ, that hit harder than I ever expected it to. It angers me to see the best we've ever had leave at the end of one of the worst seasons I've ever witnessed. Absolute legend.

Going to be weird seeing him playing for a different team (my money is on Wrexham).

Como is a great shout actually. My early favourite.

Jordan Ayew to get the number 9 shirt next season

Imagine... haha

Give it Evans if we don't bring someone quality in

Pearson and the club took a punt, initially looked a mistake then boy did he take off. Formed a brilliant partnership with David Nugent and became a goal machine.

Sad day as he has been insanely good, but all good things come to an end.
Wish him all the best in the future whatever he decides to do!

I just hope he goes somewhere outside of England

Not sure I could take seeing him play for someone else in the Prem or having to come up against him in the Championship

There's a lot to like about it for the family though.

Get to live in Cheshire.... Becky ends up on the TV show... Jamie is perfect for Rob and Ryan too....

Yeah I suppose.

But if they've got a soft spot for the US, he could probably make a good wedge doing a year or two in the MLS. He's apparently pretty popular over there right?

Ngl I'd find it hilarious watching Vardy score a Messi assisted goal.

His on the pitch performances and contributions speak for themselves but turning down Arsenal (and no doubt other "bigger" clubs) to stay with us when in his prime was a remarkable show of loyalty rarely seen in the modern game and adds to his status as the GOAT

Wow that really hit me. Vardy - Leicester’s greatest. The time has come thank you for everything. We’re sorry your final season with us ended this way, but overall so many good memories that we'll never forget

Yea. I just think it's a club that has money, they have friends out there so easier to settle.. nearer the mountains where his wife's off to every other week skiing.

Clubs on the up and it looks a lot nicer an environment than Leicester 🤣

If he goes there I'm buying their shirt

"About time I call it a day" rather sounded like retirement language, though right?

In the longer video he says he isn't retiring so will be fun to see where he goes next!

He's already done it once and was pretty influential last time. He was very much a part of this season but it's a more damning indictment of those above rather than him.

As gutted as I'd be to see him end up somewhere like Villa, maybe that would make it hit home for our fans what's happened.

Guarantee he will be moving abroad to the MLS or Saudi. Not good enough for Premier league and the Championship can't afford his wages

Sincerely hope you're right. MLS hopefully. Would be an excuse to go over there for me.

Wouldn't entirely shock me if a PL club did what we should've this season with some effectiveness - had him as backup.

What exactly does he mean by "He'll see us again soon"?

Playing for Wrexham?

As in he'll always be a fan of the club. Probably be a frequent visitor when he does retire.
