Vardy leaving almost feels like a definitive full stop on the most successful period in our clubs history. It’s a shame it’s ending in relegation, but without him we’d probably be worse off than Southampton.

I hope he goes to the US, I can’t see him being an attractive proposition for the Saudi Pro League, I couldn’t bear to see him play for another team in England.

I agree with Rics post on the first page, I’ll live off the premier league and FA Cup triumphs until my end, fans of other clubs will never experience what we did, and whilst the recent history has been a debacle, seeing Ranieri stood next to Boccelli singing “time to weeeeen again!” Brings me to tears every time.

Guarantee he will be moving abroad to the MLS or Saudi. Not good enough for Premier league and the Championship can't afford his wages

Do you realise how valuable 10 goals strikers are to newly promoted clubs?

Legend gets thrown around too easy but the guy is a Leicester City Legend. We’ll likely never see another Jamie Vardy again who has come from non-league, take us to the very top, become a world class CF and remain loyal through good and bad.

Gutted to see him go and will take a long time to adjust seeing another player wearing his shirt. Give the man the send off he deserves and I hope the club recognise his contributions with a statue/stand

Not just the greatest Leicester striker ever, the greatest English striker in the last 30 too. Southgate didn’t realise you could play him with Kane!!!!!!

Absolutely no chance of Saudi. Both he and his wife would be walking on eggshells.. US or Italy

Go and enjoy a few seasons in America hopefully doesn’t stay in England would be sad to see him pay for someone else

what a player he is and never been so gutted someone is moving on even though you knew it would happen soon

Hopefully he gets his 2 goals by then and by the 70th minute v Ipswich can be subbed for huge ovation, leaving remaining time for the appropriate atmosphere that the club deserves as it would have been before this news.

Any chance we can do a pre-order for the programmes before the ebay scalpers buy bundles at a time as they do with every other special edition. I would say can we have a free one on every seat but after the crisps and t-shirt episodes people can't be trusted to just take their own :frusty:

You couldn't ask for 2 better home games to get to 200 goals, Southampton and Ipswich. A shame we are shit though.

I'm hoping he gets to this so we don't have to have him go out at Bournemouth. Couldn't have had a much more miserable way to go out than already relegated in front of 10,000 fans.

Yea I've been saying it for weeks.. wise is the CEO.  They're all in that vodka business together. She's always skiing in the Alps .. just makes sense.

Plus it's just a nice place in general

Shown a previous interest in America with that USFL team, think he ends up there, or if he stays in England, could see him finishing at Wednesday

They couldn't afford his wages, not unless they get taken over?

Could end up somewhere in the states.. but the ownership experience didn't go well for him though. Club folded and he lost his investment

Agree. The door on this era of the club has been slammed shut and boarded up.

It just feels like an end, well and truly.

Celtic would be a sensible and tolerable British option but I just can’t imagine this man shushing the Brits (Rangers). I could also probably accept Wednesday for obvious reasons. Maybe even Wrexham is they go up.
