Every time I see Aluko on the ball he seems an absolute beast. Think he's my outside pick as the academy player who comes through and shines the most this season.

Looked like a Ricardo/Winks double pivot again too.

 

Evans looked brilliant around the 3:20 mark. Agree with what people are saying on here about Aluko too.

 

Abdul looks like he’s bulked up his upper body too.

Was doing gym work in the day one video, Perhaps isn't back on the grass yet after his op.

So impressed with him. He looks better than Chilly did.

Either that or it's Kingy's preferred style. I guess we don't really know if he's not managed before, but either way I'm glad to see it. There are a lot of lazy sods in that squad who are going to have an unpleasant surprise when they come back into training in the next few days and actually have to graft.

The pre season stuff this week has actually been decent to be fair. Just posted a video of Matt Reaves explaining the SDS test. But it's just completely wasted when there's no news about the huge issues at the club.

Came here to post the same, really interesting clip explaining what the players are put through. Nice behind the scenes bit of extra information.
