However it seems to come down to greed first and foremost, they've revealed their true intentions which essentially is all about pay, despite the chunky rises they got recently. (And before they talk of pay erosion since 2010, notwithstanding the cherry picked date as it best suits them, their pay roughly tracks or betters most other public sector wages over that time frame).

As a public sector worker who generally argues for greater trade union engagement and better public services pay (because it's absolutely miles behind the private sector, so lucky we do have decent pensions before anybody brings them up), I think the doctors are utterly in the wrong at this point. Some of what they've been given previously is borderline ridiculous. Things like doing up to 2hrs overtime each day but nobody being allowed to check if it was necessary or question their judgement. Then fines for Trusts that don't pay it quickly enough. Completely out of line with any other worker. And resident doctors now have never earned 2008 money, most came into the profession much later. There are so many ways in which doctors can earn extra on top of their basic pay too. They don't deserve further public support at this point.

Maybe Russia does want to invade us, there’s probably intel. 

I think that's more as a commitment to NATO than an actual direct invasion of the UK.

 

Nazi Germany couldn't do it and they probably had better firepower (contemporaneously) than Russia - who are entrenched is the Ukraine.

So the Epstein files are meant to be released on Friday this week, which means trump will probably do something like invade Venezuela around 11.45 Thursday evening just for a distraction

They’re never getting released. If they do 90% of it will be redacted. Trump is clearly in there.

Trump at this point is so divisive, that I don’t think his reputation can be damaged.

 

It is just another bullet point to use when looking down the long list of things that has upset half the planet.

Genuine question; were Trump to win this case, how exactly would he and this Florida court enforce payment? If the Beeb are in any way wise, they don't have funds in the US to sequester and does a US state court have jurisdiction over funds that reside in other nations?

Well the claim is it affected the election.

2. He won (maybe he didn't win enough?)
