Pretty sure there was also more context in those cases than was covered in the article - such as many of the perps a) being serial offenders and b) pleading guilty.

Indoor spaces - where smoking is already banned - would also become vape and heated tobacco-free under the proposals, as would areas outside hospitals.

It was the first link from a 5 second search. If you don’t think people are being jailed for social media posts in the U.K. I really can’t be bothered to spend more time than that.

Heck, they can't even prosecute the guy who ran me off the road and broke my arm (which still hurts and has limited movement 6:months later), despite video footage and eye witnesses.

One of the worst things about the internet and social media is it doesn’t allow people to make mistakes anymore. This will be 100 times worse in the near future when there’s AI algorithms data scraping the internet and AI cctv cameras which directly send fines to your post, no humans needed

I think The Munich Agreement really means he really deserves the wrap as one of the worst 50+ day PM's. Even at the time it was recommended not to get into bed with him and also giving away part of a country you don't own or even have any representatives from that country in the room is dreadful.
