Just as crap as the men then. I see Lueven bottom of their league as well. Laughable.

I think they're just bottom of the playoff qualifiers

Key performance indicators!!

Well here’s a performance indicator for you Passmoor! A 5-1 Thrashing!

Arsenal will hit 5 in the week aswell, then it’s Chelsea.

Crystal Palace are now third in wsl2, I don’t fancy us one bit away from home in the play off.

I think it’s more likely to be Charlton or Birmingham now as they play each other on the last day (next Saturday).  Palace will leapfrog at least one of them if they win their game which is at home to relegated Portsmouth.  If Birmingham lose, a draw would be enough for Palace to finish second.

But whoever it is, they will be favourites at home against Leicester.  Mind you, Birmingham could have gone up today but were stuffed by Ipswich and also blew promotion on the last day of last season so they have some scars to overcome.

The last time they were deserved winners away from home was the 0-2 win at Liverpool in the Cup two seasons ago, even the last league win at Everton in Jan 24 they rode their luck in that game.

Zero creativity, the goal yesterday was a LCL assist. They deserve the drop.

Were did the team play their home games when they were in the WSL2?

I only started following when we got promoted to the WSL...

Surely we're not playing at the KP if we're not in the WSL.

Quorn, and they’ll be heading back somewhere like there soon I’m sure.

Congratulations on reaching the play off though 👏 :scarf:

This is the daftest thing. Finish bottom and you are in a play off! to stay up.

Who made this Stupid rule.

Imagine celebrating a play off win to stay up to go through the same sh1t again next season!!

Hopefully they get batterered anyway

Wow, Quorn have even less of a stadium than Hinckley's Leicester Road... I think I'd rather play in the sparsely attended KP than there.

I think even I've played on the Quorn pitch a couple of times...

I used to go and watch them at quorn and preferred it to the KP, good beer at a decent price that you could drink while you stood and watched the match. Was also local to me which helped.

Quorn’s decent to be fair. Terracing on one side, good seats on the other, clubhouse in situ

Do we think KP will get rid of the women's team if they get relegated? It feels like they've been doing their best to set it up for failure for a few seasons now and I can't see where the money's coming from to keep it going, considering how dire the clubs finances are going in to next season. I feel really bad for what these players have been going through all this time, watching their team get dismantled every season.

The cost to run it reduces significantly if we arent in the WSL, relegation, as horrible as it sounds is likely the best outcome but will mean a number of roles will be cut. Unlike the academy you receive no significant funding to operate a women's team.

A lot of teams are essentially selling their football teams to a subsidiary of the club. Chelsea and Villa have done it, means they are financially distinct and pours a bit of money into the parent company. This might he the direction if KP had a bit of money in the account.

I highly doubt the women's team would fold, people don't realise there is still an academy system and things like that which still sit behind it, even if not at the scale of the mens team.

It's still not a simple decision of winding them down.

Heads-up on the match tonight, if you wanted to put yourself through the torture and have a VPN, you can watch it on the WSL YouTube channel on a Japanese server.

Is it worth the effort? Probably not...

Being guaranteed to finish bottom if we lose tonight, our manager has this to say.

In his news conference before tonight's match, Leicester boss Rick Passmoor gave his thoughts on the risk of relegation: “Everybody is working together in the direction we wish for. Can we see that through and ensure we keep a positive mentality together?

"Behind the scenes there are not many players that have been in this situation before so we need to remain united and focused on what we can achieve. There are always different headlines. Can we write a different story in these final three games?"
