Dibling would be more like us selling Monga and Mads was injured and then had a dodgy second half of the season. It’s lower than we would want ideally but teams know how ****ed we are financially and we need to raise cash. 1

moore_94 Posted 31 August 2025 Posted 31 August 2025 Mandatory option I assume just means obligation (just depends whether there are any clauses to activate it - games played etc.) Do not trust him at all about the value though, he hasn't had a clue all transfer window about it 2

Still get the £30 million we were asking for. Well yeah, but we could be underselling ourselves if he has a stellar season and his value could be significantly higher...

Honestly think Fernandes is better than Bilal & many think Dibling is a future England international (& implied 'English tax'). 1

Itsthejoeker Posted 31 August 2025 Posted 31 August 2025 Or, we could not sell him, have a miserable **** playing half arsed, sell him for less in January and slag everyone off for not getting more money

Scotch Posted 31 August 2025 Posted 31 August 2025 Is there a chance that "mandatory option" is just another way of saying obligation? 1

In this instance it could be our option to enact the permanent transfer following his loan and the receiving party are contractually bound by it.

Finn Claw II Posted 31 August 2025 Posted 31 August 2025 The loan structure (assume with an obligation) might be PSR related, if so it implies we might not be in such a terrible financial state as we all think.
GrobyLCFC31 Posted 31 August 2025 Posted 31 August 2025 (edited) Relatively happy with that! especially the loan fee! Clearly the rat didn’t want to be here, credit to Marti for dragging him at Preston and then sticking to his guns and leaving him out the last 2 games! Imagine if he’d played , scored a couple and was now going they’d be a lot more uncertainty and instead Marti’s given Page 100 minutes of senior football that he wouldn’t have got. NEEDS replacing tomorrow! Jordan James please 🤞🏻 Edited 31 August 2025 by GrobyLCFC31
moore_94 Posted 31 August 2025 Posted 31 August 2025 €5m loan fee and hopefully his wages covered is probably breaking even PSR-wise?
StanSP Posted 31 August 2025 Posted 31 August 2025 Hasn't he already been pictured arriving in Germany 1
