Also remember we have seen what plenty of other clubs have been like when it comes to option to buy clauses

Unless there is a lot of attention around him after a very good season you can guarantee they will try to get the fee down, or not bother with it at all which means the little sh!t comes back and probably forces our hand again

Impacts us from a PSR point of view though.

If he’s getting paid £2.6m per year and we only get £5m for a loan fee and no wage coverage. We’re technically at a £2.85m loss for the year.

Next season would be profit if we sold and they actually make it official. however we are a mess financially, so we’d be better taking a lower value sale and tidying up the wages.

The concept at least requires an answer rather than assuming the worst (and easiest) outcome.

This fvcker is ending up beyond Fofana levels for me

At least he was actually good and got us a massive fee

Yes, Fofana actually helped us win a bloody trophy, then went on to join a massive club.

This bloke is jumping ship to an average German club.

Oh, 100% and we’ll never know if we are honest. The way wages are structured on contracts, we’d still need to settle the payment on his remaining 2 years etc, so transfers are never as clean as we all think.

Well he certainly was not in demand by any Premier League club then as he wouldn’t be going to Stuttgart of loan. I guess he chucked his toys out of the pram as nobody of any status came in for him.

Hahahahhahahah and people giving rudkin credit. Wake the **** up. All credit gone. That is truly horrific. Standard Leicester. What is the point.

Option to buy = if he has a decent season with us we'll have him for less than he is worth when we complete the purchase but if he's crap you can have him back 🤔

It’s like sending him to Turkey for a season.

just watching Marc Guehi playing and then being interviewed for Palace...that's the way to behave when a big (no doubt really wanted by Guehi) move is on the horizon. Thats what a professional looks like Bilal

if its a loan any his book value would have 2 years amortised from it so the profit next summer would be bigger than this summer, I would assume they are covering the wages for the year and a loan fee, whilst its shit deal its not a total disaster.

If they are willing to shell out that much of a loan fee in this period because of how much money they have from sales, we should be pushing them for a permenant deal

They can absolutely afford it

because them spending say half that money on BEK, is the difference between them getting in  say 2 players, BEK and another,

where as the loan(with a hefty 5/10mil) gives them options to bring in BEK plus 2/3/4 others

He’s already been photographed at and in their training ground.

Classy.

Fofana levels of arrogance, from a pretty average player.

Stuttgart would be taking the photo's not the player, we do the same

I’m still trying to understand what the option to buy deal is and loan arrangement. All week we have been hearing a figure of over £30m but now just 25 million Euros? That cannot be right and where does it leave the club in terms of getting a replacement?

Eh? It’s what happens in transfers 😂

If he’s there tonight and signed, and same with Alves (read from a Huddersfield fan he was at their training ground yesterday) at least we know what we do have to play with tomorrow

It wouldn't be anywhere near half, they have sold over £100m this summer with potentially another big sale on the way

They are also willing to spend a fair bit of it as they are spending about £25-30m on a player from Belgium and would have way more than half left over

We have been weak on this if it is true
