Yeah, he’s taking over a shipwreck but you want to see something. He’s got so much faith and loyalty to players every fan knows will let them down. 
 

Happy to hear it but what one good thing has this man done. I can’t see anything worthwhile. 
 

We all know where it’s going but it will be 6/7 months before Top and Rudkin do something (if we are lucky) but then hire Martin.

I expected so much more from Marti. He speaks a good game. You do have to wonder what pressures he's on from above to be playing some of these higher earners. Irrespective of that, he had made some strange changes. Some of which seem unnecessary. Soumare in for Ramsey as an example.

That said, I was positive about his appointment but he has lost me. The performances and results are awful, and we aren’t even gaining any long term benefit by playing our young players.

When we appointed him it seemed to be more a cost saving appointment than his ability. He had an average record with QPR and it's no different to what he's achieving with us, which implies he has average skills no matter the squad in front of him. 

 

I said it at the time we should have gone for Lampard, at the start of the season he looked the most talented championship manager and that is definitely the case at the moment.

I think he's been massively let down today by players like Soumare and Faes who have name recognition and really should be up to the job but simply aren't good enough and I imagine he's feeling incredibly frustrated. 

Up to today we have only conceded goals from individual errors. The players being rotated in just aren't good enough.

Ramsey, Ricardo, Monga, probably all needed a rest after Saturday.

They are shit, if he had done any homework he would know they are shit, the fact he keeps playing shit players is a reflection on his ability to manage a team

He's fortunate it's only 2-0 tonight. A lot of possession leading to absolutely nothing and one win our last 7 games. Do we have a great squad? No but at this level that's a poor run of results for a club as big as ours. We haven't seen a 90 minute performance. None of our strikers are scoring goals, we have no threat from set pieces. We're not using any of our academy players apart from Monga either. I want to support him but I'm having doubts

what has got us here isn’t bad manager failings, it’s failings to get any decent players in for the past 5 years whilst selling on or letting decent ones go on a free.

 

No manager can solve this!  It needs Top to either sort out his minions beneath him, or sell the club so we can get fresh ideas
