Probably because most of their interactions with the fans over the past 12 months have been negative, and that’s probably not the case for the people at the club.

I think the issue is that a lot of our players realise some of our fans hold bizarre grudges against them, or dislike them for inane reasons. Not sure I'd like to play for us!
