social media- really poor for the last few seasons of any content or fan engagement. Constant training videos of players smiling or happy birthday messages. Nothing that actually matters.

I would guess that fans see Faes throwing his arms around and looking to blame others for goals conceded as the attitude problem. When he wants, he is our best defender! After a few seasons I think best he moves on and we try with Okoli, Nelson / Vestegaard.

I don't want to see anybody playing in that shirt who has no commitment or passion for the club or its supporters. 

The looks of sheer apathy when we concede followed by walking off the pitch and ignoring fans who have spent a lot of time and money following their team are totally unacceptable.  Too many are happy to have their snouts in the trough just for gracing us with their presence. They need weeding out because we will do nothing until we are rid of them. They have poisoned our club and we need rid.

He plays for himself and wants away, It's hardly a lump on.. his performances has been questioned for a while now and you can see the faults he has, he's not a bad player but he's not really a team player either

So if he is so unhappy why not terminate his contract,  declare himself a free agent and find another club. With an attitude like his I don't want to see him playing.  Bring in someone who is committed.

How do we benefit from terminating player contracts when they're unhappy if they have market value?

Would be an idiotic idea from a business standpoint.

If Bilal says he's unhappy do we terminate his contract so he can be happy elsewhere?
