I'm probably the most patient person on here when it comes to judging players but he's crap isn't he. Literally no redeemable assets. If Pato the postman has more demonstrable qualities than you, you've got a problem.

Sometimes a footballer turns up who simply doesn't look like they are, were, or ever will be a footballer at any significant level. We have a few of them right now, but he stands out. Hopefully I'm wrong, but I seriously doubt it.

Think it's pretty obvious he'll flop. You can normally tell fairly early - the way you would have to say James & Ramsey look like being hits.

Either our scouting is worse than ever, or (more likely) we're just going with the recommendations of agents and gambling on whether it'll be a hit or a miss.

 

If our scouts looked at Carranza and thought "he'd be ideal for us" then I'd be amazed. More likely Rudders contacts some agents telling them we need a striker and at the end of the chain we end up with this duffer.

 

Either way. Not a good situation.

We should goes for an experienced striker, Patrick Bamford is a free agent currently training with Coventry. He’s got to be better than the fraudsters we currently have

That's how we roll baby! Why scour the market when agents do the leg work for John and bring him the cream?
