A good away win against a team who could have gone into the top 6 with a win.

I reiterate what I've said multiple times - this league is shit. It's there for the taking. We have plenty of quality. We just seem to play with the handbrake on at times. Unsure whether its a MARTI thing or a mental thing.

James is class.

Chuckle ***** at the back trying hard to lose us points again. Get Faes as far away from this club as possible. Fire the ***** to the moon.

It looked one real time, sure on the replay you see he gets the ball but it's ultimately incredibly stupid to dive in like that when the ball is rolling out of play and give the referee a decision to make. Brain dead defending regardless of whether he won the ball.

There is not 1 person suggesting it was a penalty on the tv i even flicked over to the swansea channel as they was 1 min behind and their commentators said exactly the same thing, if he didn't slide in and the cross was made and they scored everyone would blame him for that.

It was a excellent challenge nothing else, also should of been a goal kick.

James was great, Fatawu with another worldie, Monga had a great game

Other than the penalty (terrible decision from ref, dumb from Faes) we didn't particularly look like conceding

Should have scored more

Very concerned about our striker options, If Daka, Ayew, and Carranza get 10 between them I will be surprised at this point

This is a Leicester V Coventry battle for top 2. Those lot are firing at the moment and sometimes you need something to kick your season. It’s been very stop start but in the middle of the park, we have two incredibly talented midfielders for this level. It’s up to Marti to really get us playing and I don’t think he has so far. Good result, especially away from home.

Also, they can’t Faes **** off

Great win!

Swansea previously unbeaten at home

A Faesces moment of madness (shock) but then reacted well to it, We’ve got fight in us and that’ll take us a long way

Jordan James is some player!

Did well to turn it back around. Felt we'd done another Wrexham when they equalised and we seemed to be fading. Moment of magic from Abdul to get back on top then went for the kill and saw it out on top. Glad to get a win before the break.

Poor decision to dive in from Wout to make the ref think, but it wasn't a pen. Otherwise a solid performance from him and Jannik

James and Winks is the thing of championship level dreams. Bobby did ok. Abdul had a.good final 25 mins, Jeremy always dangerous.

Jakunlb made a great save before the pen and Riccy was solid.

Patson for me is crap but is the best current option. Allows us to play higher up the pitch. Luke Thomas is shit.

Happy with the result. Deserved it

Seemed to be following a similar pattern.

Lots of possession, very little goal threat and very few shots on target.

Expected brain fart in defence.

The difference today was individual brilliance.

Rubbish, we were largely excellent on the ball. Daka, Carranza and Vesty had good chances, with the latter scoring in addition to the two great strikes.

Take that. Hard fought win but atleast we actually had some sort of attacking threat with the players on the pitch. Hopefully that has brought the Ayew experiment to an end. Jordon James looks like a very decent acquisition.

Never a peno but absolutley ridiculous Faes diving in and giving him a decision to make. The guy is an experienced international player but still makes ridiculous decisions time and time again

Some people are just never ever happy are they?

Just enjoy the fact that we’ve won, scored 3 goals and played well for most parts of the game. Defended well when they had their best spell in the first half. Looked a lot better going forward. Daka has given our midfielders that extra bit of space to run into the last two games because he’s at least occupying their centre halves.

Winks and James are already starting to form a decent understanding which is great to see.

Always nice to go into an international break on the back of a win.

Exactly, the live match thread is becoming the pits - we played well and got a deserved victory.

you see the angle the ref has, ref has no way of seeing the flick onto the striker, so it looks like Faes sliding in and taking the striker out after its knocked past him. You can clearly see why the ref gave it, and it's stupid defending to put yourself in that situation. The balls going out of play ffs.

Genuinely think if Faes sticks his arm up to claim a goal kick instead of waggling his finger the pens not given. Think even the Swansea player was claiming a corner not a pen, poor decision from the ref.

If we had a decent striker we’d probably be quite comfortably threatening the automatic promotion places this season. We haven’t got one, however, so we have to think how we get the best out of the team without.

With Daka at least he pulls the opposition out of shape to allow others to get into goal scoring positions. If our midfielders and wingers can score goals it won’t matter so much that our striker options are so limited.

There were times today and against Wrexham that we finally look a decent team at this level. How MC solves the striker conundrum will be the key to keeping us competitive.
