Everyone saying there was pressure on him from the top to play certain players, Faes’ agent has said the club and player wanted to part ways in the summer, but the manager brought him back in.

Isn't he just head coach? If all parties wanted out, all it would've taken was a decent offer

If both parties wanted to go, he'd be gone. Not a chance Marti said I need Wout Faes being arsey on my bench.

He had Winks and Faes on the bench because both wanted out but couldn't get clubs to pay a fee and their wages.

Club with the highest wages bill in the league is in 12th place, with a -1 goal difference. How is this manager still at the helm?!

Because we have the highest wages, we cant afford to sack the manager that paid his own release clause from a job he was also sacked from. Bizarre.

IF that is true, then it shows you completely what is wrong at this club. Our wage bill in comparison to other championship clubs is ridiculous and we know we have to reduce it, so this decision should not be in the managers hands.

A stronger club would have made the right decision and try to move him on.

I think this is a bit of misinformation….. wasn’t it confirmed from the QPR journalist that he didn’t buy himself out of his contract……  he was placed on gardening leave and eventually allowed to leave. I’m pretty sure we paid compensation for him.

Anyway, we can afford to sack him, we just won’t until we know what’s happening with PSR…… because we think that if we don’t spend any money, or make any rash financial decisions, it might work in our favour……

I think you've misunderstood that.  He wanted out and was reintegrated after the summer transfer window came and went with no bids.   Again.

I actually think Monaco have probably got some kind of deal where they're paying half his wages maximum.

I think before now we have said to clubs we just want to sell.

Coward of a manager. BDCR and Ayew to offer the square root of **** all between them. Fatawu to be greedy. JJ to spend the game wondering why the hell he bothers and Lampard to have a chat with him at full time.

Credit where it's due. I can't remember the last time a full week working with our manager positively impacted the team.

Fingers crosses his game management improves and we capitalise on it in the second half.

Shockingly promising turn of events so far though. 🙏😅

It still feels like the players have decided themselves to up their game rather than any input from Marti. I might be wrong but that's how it feels. He's passionless.

Whilst I’d love to see Ayew off and maybe Bobby I don’t see any changes sadly.

They have a better bench than we do if imagine Marti will wait to see how Frank changes it before he makes changes, I just hope he doesn’t leave it for to long we need to keep the energy up
