I would take Tony Mowbray or Neil warnock untill the end of the season simply because both take no bullshit and would not put up with egotistic at the club,

warnock will tell them to **** off and say ‘go shag your Mrs on the car bonnet’ if previous videos are ouat to go by😆

Michael Skubala’s style of play focuses on a modern, possession-based approach rooted in his extensive futsal background, emphasizing intelligent spacing, structural fluidity, and intense, calculated pressing

Skubala is an interesting one. I reckon our players would eat him alive sadly. He needs players that want to learn and succeed. We've got that awful blend of shite players and has beens on their last pay packet.

IF we’ve got any money, this is the only viable option

Completely agree… should’ve gone for Mark Robins after RVN

Warnock would be hilarious. The last time he was linked, fans weren't having him. I wonder if things have changed.

Not sure if its true he almost joined in 2007 i believe to replace Martin Allen. It was just a bit cagey about working with Milan.

No names, but i'd imagine an Interim until end of season of the "knows the league" type with the remit of avoiding relegation. Someone who can tighten up the basics enough.

Then summer hope we can luck in to a Middlesbrough/ Hull type appointnent given they are models for struggling clubs turning it around quickly, although we are probably going to be hamstrung by recruitment, or lack of.

People suggesting managers purely based on being a thug as a player or a bully to knock players heads together wont cut it. Someone to get the team organised defensively and with an ability to get our few genuine quality players on the ball enough in dangerous areas is sufficient in the short term.

It'll probably be Gary Rowett, cheap, out of work and local, experienced in the division.

Sooner have Rowett than Russ Martin. Least it would be interesting to have a former fox managing the team.

Robbie Keane is an absolutely horrible call.

He's just signed a new contract so they'd have to pay compensation, so I can't see him coming here. He would be just another Ruud style appointment.

Whoever they sign is going to be someone out of work with few options, so I'm keeping my expectations low. Nobody worth their salt is going to want to come to a financially crippled club with an incompetent owner and useless yet unsackable DoF.

Don’t know close we got to getting him, but Rohl doing well at Rangers and appears to have been the better choice over Marti. Too late now mind.

Waking up in a coma to the news of Martin O’Neill

I have no problem with Rowett whatsoever.

He’s no Pearson but he’s certainly cut from the same cloth and should sort our defence out.
