4th manager in a row where we've sacked a manager and then taken a long time to get a replacement in, almost as if the process of identifying and appointing a manager begins after the decision to sack the previous one.

It really boggles the mind how bad the strategic and executive branches of the club are. Changing managers is an entirely predictable occurrence in modern football.

I wonder, do the club even know they're in a relegation battle?

You need around 48-50 points to stay up. We're currently trending for 58.

6 or 9 points deduction pretty much relegates us, and that's assuming our form doesn't worsen!

We have a strategic branch?? Who is that?  We certainly don’t have an executive with CEO, technical director and commercial director vacant.

Hopefully, Monga stays, but likely won't, will be wasted here. He has had way too much pressure put onto his shoulders, though. People were talking about him being an 80-100m player in the future, talks of Barca and Real Madrid, but he's struggled to have an impact at Leicester City in half of his appearances. Raw talent is there, the ceiling is massive, but the overhype can't be doing him any good if he reads the news/fans' opinions on social media.

Imagine being a manager coming for an interview here. Rudkin picking his nose. While Top talks about saving Vardy’s career and “getting promote”.

It can’t be appealing. Funny as **** sitting across from them both but not appealing

Well well well.  20 minutes to go. Some underwhelming loans. No manager. Let's say they all sign, who has said they wanted these boys in? I doubt it is Andy King but maybe  am wrong and he is here until the end of the season and he has spotted these gems. Let's hope this is the case.

Blackburn will sack a manager and have a replacement in before us and we got rid of Cifuentes over a week ago.
Absolutely disgusting.

They have David Wagner as hot favourite in their manager list and also Mowbray as third favourite.
We have Kingy as favourite and that’s worrying indicating we’re in no rush and that Top won’t be back for a month or so. Russel Martin and Coleman come next.

I know which list I would prefer…

I saw that as well.
Completely agree with the list.
There’s is far better than ours.

Top is definitely hoping King can hold on for the remainder.

know which league we are in and go from there.

Dont risk money on a new manager now as the risk of relegation is too high,

keep calm, carry on and hang Kingy out to dry:brendan:

All a bit strange isn’t it. We’ve potentially signed 4 new players that the new manager may not rate. Squad can’t be any worse I suppose.
