whoareyaaa Posted 6 February Posted 6 February Pearson, Walsh and Kingy, Powell then wait for Fuchs and Kasper and move Pearson to DOF.

Walsh has retired with his feet up at Charlotte. Powell is employed. Fuchs has less experience than Wellens who also isn’t fit to manage our club. 1

Rowett isn't an elite coach of course not, but they will be much harder to beat, and now they have a win under their belt they have some momentum and confidence.
TheFiveTime Posted 7 February Posted 7 February i still can't believe we havent tied this up with big nige already - he is the only guy i have 1000000% confidence will keep us up and bring a bit of feel good to us

Edingleyfox Posted 7 February Posted 7 February I’m guessing they are hoping Andy King will turn things around today and early next week. If we are in the relegation zone come the end of Tuesday night I think they will finally act but nothing much will change with club structure . 1

Because he has been very ill, and he hasn't been talked about any other club maybe because we have an emotional connection with him and what he did. There is no mistaking that Pearson is the type of character and manager we really need. Whether that is the man himself due to past health issues only he can say hes ready. We're not asking for 2/3 years. We need him.for 3/4 months, then use him as an advisor. He knows what he's talking about, Rudkin doesn't even know what his favourite flavour crisps are! He would change the footballing side with his knowledge and skills, everything we're missing. Edited 7 February by fox_favourite 1

From what I heard (from a reputable journalist) pearson would come back in a heartbeat but club havent spoken to him at all - think owynn also reported this. Think there is some 'beef' between pearson and the hierarchy after Whelan departure. Always got the impression Pearson was close with Whelan and Vichai, not Top and Rudkin. 2 2

I couldn't possibly imagine any reasons why Nige would get on with Top or Rudders. Nige is a winner, a man of class and integrity who wants to do things the right way. The other 2 have minimal moral fibre and are losers in every aspect of their existence except maybe their bank accounts.

Teams improve after he goes (certainly in the short term). Still not sure Nigel coming back is the answer. But, i'm struggling to remember what the question is half the time.
