Aluko and Nelson are the two that instantly improve the team! They're the most obvious ones! 

 

As someone said earlier the manager has snookered himself already, the shit start has eroded the buffer he might have had to let youth lads play and make mistakes (not that they would likely make any more mistakes than the usual cloggers he's playing).
