Jake Evans and Louis Page are in Qatar :

he’ll start to join the group.”
and , on the other hand, have been selected for England’s FIFA U17 World Cup campaign and have travelled with the Young Lions to Qatar.
“They have already travelled with the team,” Cifuentes added. “It’s very good news for them and for the Club to have such promising young players playing in the World Cup.
“I’m very glad for them. I’m sure it’s a great experience for them. Hopefully they have a good level and good minutes and I’m sure, in the long term, it’s going to be very good for us.”

That bench is honking.

Not one player on it that I would class as a game changer (for the right reasons).

I don’t rate Bobby but rather have him at 10 and James deeper than having Soumare involved in any way, we’re at home to Blackburn who are likely to sit in deep.

Take one decent player out in Ramsey and it doesn’t matter who you replace him with the options are all crap. Need to take advantage of any part of the game where we are in control and finally put a game to bed before we have enough time to mess it up for ourselves

In fairness though, the Blackburn team isn’t much better. 1-1 draw incoming. Goal by Vestergaard.

Oh there are a few on that bench who can change the game. So we lose

Garbage

Perhaps we should've picked even more garbage than the garbage that's been picked today. Difficult if all you've got is to replace garbage with garbage

On the positive side, he's again reacted to the weak link in the last game (Thomas).  The problem is if results continue as they are we will run out of players to bring in.

Aluko and Nelson are the two that instantly improve the team! They're the most obvious ones!

As someone said earlier the manager has snookered himself already, the shit start has eroded the buffer he might have had to let youth lads play and make mistakes (not that they would likely make any more mistakes than the usual cloggers he's playing).

Oh yeah I’d have them both starting but alas Marti isn’t having them yet.

Yay lets stick with the 4231 and slow passing, that works so well. Especially with the bundle of energy Soumare in the middle of it.

Again he is going to push James out of posting to accommodate Soumare 😩 Thank **** i decided not to go. Same old shite.

Unfortunately as much as I hate the thought and site of Soumaré, not many options at the moment with people injured and some off to the u17s world Cup. What other real options are there?

I think we will win 2-1 but it will be a scrappy game which is fine as long as we get a win.

I've volunteered in the pouring rain to go and deliver leaflets with my kids for their beavers group. Literally do anything to avoid watching us. I was hoping that me not watching would make them start winning to spite me but that didn't work against Millwall and I don't expect us to win today.

95% possession

5000 passes between the back 4 and keeper

1 shot on target

1-1

Hope Mavididi has it rid of that chip on his shoulder that’s been with him most of the season.

Could be a game changer for us if he’s back on it.
