It's absolutely criminal he's continuing to be hung out to dry by Top and Rudkin, regardless of his legendary status as a player.

They're tarnishing his legacy.

If I was King I'd leave until there's an iota of decency about the club again.

He's not had Jordan James available which hasn't helped. Even though we were barely above mediocre with him, we have been significantly worse without.

King is an often underrated, but genuine club legend. Been there for the entire roller-coaster, from start to finish.

Love him.

But that doesn't mean that I won't realise and accept that he's out of his depth as a manager - even at Championship level.

We need someone else to help us stay up. If that's what we need. But if staying up means that Top and Rudkin stay, I'm not convinced it's the best for the club in the long run - as completely mad as that might sound.

Staying up and Top and Rudkin staying is preferable to the scenario where we go down and go bankrupt.

Although the catch is that if Top and Rudkin stay in position then we are almost guaranteed to go down given enough time so it might end up in the same result.

Sadly I think we have to come to terms with the looming reality that we might be seeing the end of Leicester City.

You got to feel sorry for him. Two red cards, one stupid free kick and a penalty not so much kingy as our useless players

King is not the problem at the club but he is a experienced former pro.  He can't be exempt from criticism after the Craven naivety he showed in that Southampton second half.

It's hard to imagine a worse record for any manager, such a shame poor kingy was thrust into this position, and still in it weeks later. Wtf sort of club are we?

Arguably the Stoke game is the first chance he's got to choose the team he actually wants to start with.

We will see what we are actually made of then. (Hopefully)

So many injuries that he will still have to include the same old failures.

How? He’ll be missing Lascelles and James to start with off the top of my head

I'm sure Lascelles is fit, just managing his workload so I'm taking it he starts.

James clearly is a little more long term.

I'm thinking out of the other injuries they are not necessarily going to be in his starting 11.

Therefore closer to a starting 11 he wants bar James

He has said Lascelles is out for 1-2 weeks

So it will be Okoli playing again

Ah bollocks.

I retract my statement and look forward to see how Okoli can make another **** up.

Kingy needs to get his hands on some lucky charms

I wonder what's happening to Kingy then? Regular first team coach? U18 coach? Being booted out?

Part of the first team coaching staff it was in the article put out by the club announcing Rowett. I know people say we did king dirty but this is the 4th manager he has got to work and learn under he is getting a valuable education in the game here.

Trouble is all the managers played Ayew upfront on his own, including himself so not sure they're good role models.

It won’t be the last time Andy King is interim/caretaker manager.

Let's hope if that is the case all dumpties' currently in the team are long gone.

If we'd have kept king and lost a few more, we could have saved time and money on posters and banners  as they could have just said "Andy King Power out". 2 birds one stone.

A major part of the problem, get him back in the 18s.

A pathetic pre season, pathetic stint in interim charge and part of the last 3 pathetic management teams.

Too soft, too nice, too busy trying to be everyone’s mate.

Legend on the pitch but needs clearing out as part of this horror show.

May be an image of football, American football and text

Maybe he could’ve reminded Mavadidi and Fatawu how to pass the ball and other players how to run into space.

No room for sentiment.  I think he needs to go along with the rest of the coaching and technical staff.  We have had poor fitness, lack of discipline, zero player improvement, obvious flaws and errors not being corrected on top of the terrible tactics.
