Interesting he's taken a job over here, given he moved back to the US to be close to his family

Kids are probably old enough to move over here now from an education point of view, they always used to seem to love being over here and he's always kept business links open hasn't he.

Always curious about his association with Steve Walsh given they ended up at Charlotte FC at the same time and I assume Walsh was responsible in bringing him to City in the first place.

He's still got an academy in the states but think he left Charlotte a while ago. Nobody's turning down a chance to manage in the EFL, even if they are relegation fodder.

He nails it > Gerrimin here > gets Walshy back > gets the immortals back together > stage a coup d'état > Rudkin out > Aiyawatt out

Amazing character, if he can show some tactical nous as well then he'd definitely be one to keep an eye on for a future role here. Not every ex-player makes a good manager, but he's got the charisma to nail the man-management side and his business intelligence would suggest he's got a good, pragmatic head on his shoulders for the rest.

Hopefully he does well there. Probably good news for Sammy and Nathan, hope we see a couple more go that way in January - particularly if SB gets a move to league 1
