The squad is on its arse. It irritates me that people do dismiss every player in this squad as just being shit. 
 

Like a lot of us have said, there are inadequacies within the squad, but this is the championship, it’s ****ing dog shit, and man for man we are better than this, what we’re seeing at the moment is a manager, who is relentlessly trying to implement his style regardless of the fact he doesn’t have the players to carry it out. It’s clear the team are not comfortable playing his way. It’s too slow, are too static and we can’t get our wingers into the game. We have players in this squad that are capable of operating as a higher level than this.
 

We’re in a bad place, but Marti is making it far worse than it should be. He isn’t the type of manager we need.

There just isn’t any playing style? No tidy passes or through balls in the middle on the park. Get it to the wingers and cross it in with no one to atttack it.  Both who have been absolute muck this season
