6 point deduction - confirmed

To me that reads that we have passed subsequent years?

In the grand scheme of things I think we should take it. No point appealing. Suck it and move on.

The only other positive I can think of is that it's been done now and not closer to the end of the season where we think we may have staved off a deserved relegation only to be dumped back into the dropzone. Or if we somehow got close enough to be in the playoffs then dumped out of them with a points deduction.

Given that we've spent next to Bob all on transfers for the last few windows and have continued to sell talent every season, you would hope that this deduction is the end of it all, and that the club can now concentrate on a rebuild without deductions hanging over us.

No. We pissed them off by breaking their rules and wriggling out of the punishment by using loopholes.

Pretty sure Percy has a 20-point deduction incorrect. I can't find any reference to it.

If we appeal, could the punishment get worse then? I remember with the PSR rulings on Forest and Everton that they could appeal knowing the punishment wouldn't be increased.
