Richards proving to be another astute deadline day signing then…

I think hes like Mike Golding, he doesn't actually exist. See Fran Vietes as well.

Any key players missing for them?

Surprised they sold Sargent to Toronto, probably got home sick!

Good to see Mav has been dropped. Musaka will be playing Daka and Fatawu into space as much as possible, hopefully Fatawu actually utilises the space ahead instead of standing still like he does too often with JJ

The defence is still the biggest issue.  Ricardo needs putting bed.  He’s always out of position and can’t keep up.  Okoli is the biggest concern.  Hopefully it won’t be 3 games in a row where a stupid hall leads to a goal.  He causes so many problems and puts others under pressure.

Really need to smash these and not just pass around taking it slowly.  Statement time.

If we win, we need an Oxford win plus Derby, Hull and Wrexham and we'll be looking good. Might actually make that my acca for today.

I just got 144-1 on this for anyone who might be interested.

Expecting a close game. I'm encouraged by what I've seen from Rowett but still worried about us shooting ourselves in the foot. Honestly don't care how we do it now, just need the win.

Didn’t expect anything from the last 2 games and we picked up 2 draws which has kept us with in teams still and it hasn’t been perfect but has been much better. A win here could turn the season around with players like James and lacselles back if they can stay fit.

Rowett doung all the right stuff - dropping players who underperform.

Whether he gets his reward for doing so remains to be seen.

I have a bad feeling about this one, think we will lose our fourth successive home game where the flicker of hope from the last two games is dashed by appalling defensive errors.

0-3 Norwich all goals in first half like Sheffield Utd and Wolves home last season.

Traffic nuts. Will be a lot late

Been sat on the M1 for half an hour. Grid locked and an ambulance has just gone past on the hard shoulder! I won’t even make it by half time.

Fancy us today, these are nothing special. Think we’ll have too much quality going forward for them. All depends on the defence though…

Luke Thomas starts, day ruined.

For as bad as he is and has been, on Tuesday was the best I have seen him for some time. Just in terms of being defensively solid, dealing with crosses and not doing anything stupid. It’s a low bar but we don’t have any other left backs and he’s not going anywhere before the end of the season. Ricardo has been equally as bad so if Aluko comes in, I’d rather see him on his preferred side.

It could genuinely be that Rowett is the right manager to get something out of him.
