We're one point below West Brom, four points below Blackburn and five points below Portsmouth, with a better goal difference than any of them. There are 10 games to go. Please explain—preferably in way that at least has a semblance of logic—how relegation is a 'fact'?

Or is it merely that some people are so emotionally fragile that they insist on rigidly claiming we're definitely going down—when that clearly is not the case—as a bizarre coping mechanism?

I use it as a coping mechanism. Everytime Im confident we will win, we lose, like Norwich at home. So im not doing it to myself anymore, we will lose tonight, wont win another game and will be relegated. This way im not disappointed as I predicted it anyway 😂

Anything else is a bonus

Mukasa looks a bit pale. I'll be a bit worried if he's ill and playing

A ghost version of Mukasa would be better than real life Ayew.

Make or break tonight.

Win, and I think we stay up comfortably.

Lose, and I don't see us shifting the mental fragility for the rest of the season.

Our wingers have been brutal and that keeps Ayew and BCDR out of the starting XI, I like it.

Different feel if you swap Thomas for fatawu and swap the sides though “.

Ayew is the opposite of a Rowett style of player. He won't start him unless circumstances force his hand, and even then he'll probably look at other options first.

....oh dear!
