Odd to say out of 2 strikers we have won 9/11 with Ayew

Why isn’t it Vice versa, Daka creates so much space chases the ball etc. surely you would expect to see the opposite.

I'd play Mukasa. He's played there for Man City. He's not rapid but he's faster than Ayew, holds the ball up better, is just as strong, links play well, works hard, is better in front of goal. 

 

With JJ, Mav and Fatawu playing off him it's not like he has to do everything himself. 

 

Ayew shouldn't get anywhere near the pitch but we just can't rely on Daka to finish. We should be winning this two nil.

If we had a manager we actually trusted on a long contract, they'd be playing youth as a rebuilding job. As it is anyone else will just play who they think will give them a better chance of winning a given match. Good management would have blooded someone else 2 years ago, if they'd done that whoever that was would currently be better than Ayew or Daka wther that was Hirst, Evans or whoever else.

ill maintain we won those games in spite of him not because of him.
