Muzzy_no7 Posted 8 April Posted 8 April The defeats to Charlton, Oxford and QPR at home followed by the awful draws against PNE and Sheff Weds have sent us down. We aren’t going to stay up. Who manages us? Pearson isn’t going to happen. Rowett has gone the wrong way and proven incapable. Skubala won’t abandon a promoted Lincoln before anyone suggests him. King isn’t anywhere near ready. So come on, realistically who’s taking over? 1

winteriscoming Posted 8 April Posted 8 April Wouldn’t surprise me with our Southampton obsession and his disastrous spell at Sheffield Utd that Ruben Selles is in the running. Has previous experience in league 1 with Reading.

StanSP Posted 8 April Posted 8 April I presume we might poach a current League One manager, or someone who gets promoted (Skubala?). Wellens perhaps. Cleverley? You just know Bottom will see the ex Leicester link and think it's worth going for. Or they'll give it to King for the same reasons 1
Muzzy_no7 Posted 8 April Author Posted 8 April Des Buckingham is probably a realistic shout (no, I’m not an advocate)
Happy Fox Posted 8 April Posted 8 April If Chris Davies gets the sack at Birmingham we will go for him no doubt about that. 4 2
Popular Post AKCJ Posted 8 April Popular Post Posted 8 April Someone with high levels of emotional intelligence, who leads by example and has the vision and innovation needed to cash in on the immense potential that our club has. To put it bluntly. We need the next Nigel Pearson / Martin O'Neill. We need someone to come in, rattle cages, point out blatant bad behaviour and build the right mentality needed for a club to thrive. Leicester City has always performed well when we've been manager-led and we've always massively underperformed when we've been led by the board. It's beyond time that the board swallowed their pride and left the running of the club to someone with those attributes. I'd love us to have a 2011/12 season where Nigel came in and put things right. Got rid of blatant bad eggs and got a dressing room together that was on his side. Bad results crept in and we lacked consistency but you could see what he was building and it gave the fans a team we could get behind before a play off season in 12/13 and eventual promotion in 13/14. That is the route we have to take. 6 2 1
winteriscoming Posted 8 April Posted 8 April I like Cleverly. Did a similar job to Rohl at Watford and was imo harshly sacked. Plymouth have found some decent form under him recently. Really can’t see us having the funds to even pay compensation for a league 1 manager. So it’ll be draw specialist and Oxford reject Rowett.

Popular Post Kopic Posted 8 April Popular Post Posted 8 April Give it to someone with zero football management experience. We're shit, and in the shit, let's just have some fun. **** it, and experiment. Get Serge from Kasabian in. 10
alanf0x Posted 8 April Posted 8 April We will spend the summer chasing Enzo, Potter and Dyche no doubt. Haven't got a clue at boardroom level 1

Foxin_Mad Posted 8 April Posted 8 April Whoever it is get them in quickly don’t wait the whole ****ing summer like we have the last few years only to employ a shit ****. We might as well bring back Rudd he’s still under contract. He would have done better than the fraud we ended up with. 4
Claudio Fannieri Posted 8 April Posted 8 April I would go for Wellens or Fuchs if we wanted someone with a Leicester connection, if Millwall don’t go up I would be also looking at Alex Neill. 1

Tommy Fresh Posted 8 April Posted 8 April Someone who actually wants to rebuild and use youth as the core of that. If we're in League One there's zero reason for someone like Braybrooke to not be playing 2
